WE FORBID anybody else to use our work in the mentioned context- including text and hashtags combined with the work. Any such unauthorized action we expressly reject, it will violate federal law.

WE RESPECT EVERYBODY'S RIGHTS AND DIGNITY

We don't want to intentionally harm anyone's feelings or privacy. There might be a chance someone got unintentionally captured while documenting life in public and is displayed in a shared art image of this moment. If so, we apologize and will delete the document after proof immediately. If someone likes the moment and image he is displayed in, we are more than happy to share it - and will send a copy.

MOdifying

It is not allowed to modify the images in any way without written permission. This includes any kind of editing, text overlays or reframing the images.
