Every session begins with a conversation about what draws you here and what you want the photographs to hold.
From there, I shape the atmosphere, visual direction and setting around you. I guide where guidance helps — and leave space for the unplanned moments that often reveal the most.
You don’t need experience in front of a camera.
You don’t need to know how to pose.
Just come as you are.
Some come for photographs.

The strongest portraits rarely come from control.
They emerge when someone feels comfortable enough to stop performing — when attention shifts away from the camera and something unguarded begins to appear.
I don’t direct you into a role.
I observe, respond and create the conditions in which your own presence can come through.
I guide when direction helps.
I step back when the moment needs space.

We may work quietly and simply — or create something more expressive, cinematic or intimate. Location, light, styling and atmosphere are chosen to support what we want the photographs to reveal.
I don’t place everyone inside the same visual language. I look for the direction that feels right for you.
The result is a series that feels considered, visually strong and unmistakably personal.

DIRECTION WITHOUT PERFORMANCE
I NOTICE BEFORE I DIRECT.
I pay attention to gesture, tension, rhythm and the small shifts that often reveal more than a rehearsed pose.
I SHAPE — WITHOUT STANDARDISING.
Every decision about light, setting and atmosphere is developed around the person in front of me. There is no signature formula everyone has to fit into.
I GUIDE WITHOUT TAKING OVER.
You never need to know what to do in front of the camera. I create direction where it helps — and leave space where too much control would take something away.
